Warranty coverage, deposits, cancellation conditions, and refund terms are specific to your written project agreement. This page does not create a blanket warranty period or money-back guarantee.
1. Your project warranty
Any voluntary workmanship warranty is the one expressly provided in your written estimate, contract, or other accepted project document. Review that document for covered work, the coverage period and its start date, any exclusions, and the available remedy. Ask us for clarification before accepting the project if anything is unclear.
A manufacturer's product warranty is separate from a workmanship warranty. Its eligibility, coverage, and claim process are determined by the manufacturer's applicable terms. A paint or coating manufacturer's warranty does not automatically include labor or every surface condition.
This page does not add a lifetime guarantee, transferability, or a fixed service life. It also does not remove implied warranties or other protections that apply and cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Conditions that may affect coverage
Subject to your agreement and applicable law, a workmanship warranty generally concerns defects in the covered work. It does not automatically cover a problem caused by normal wear, abuse, inadequate maintenance, water intrusion, unresolved moisture, structural movement, pre-existing substrate failure, later work by others, or severe weather.
Coverage depends on the cause and the terms of your project. These examples are not a blanket denial of coverage and do not exclude a covered defect simply because another condition is present. Color changes requested after approval or additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate proposal.
3. Reporting a workmanship concern
Contact info@tbpainting.co or call (720) 821-1450. Include your name, project address, approximate completion date, a description of the concern, and photographs if available. Please do not email full payment-card details.
Notify us promptly and follow any claim instructions in your agreement. Allow a reasonable opportunity to inspect and discuss the concern before non-urgent repair work changes the affected area. Take reasonable steps to prevent further damage or address an emergency. A request for inspection does not extend or shorten a legal deadline or prevent you from exercising a right.
If a concern is covered, the response is determined by the project agreement and applicable law. A repair or correction may be appropriate; reporting a concern does not by itself create an automatic right to a full refund or a free upgrade.
4. Scheduling changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as you need to reschedule or cancel, preferably in writing so the request is clear. Follow any cancellation instructions or notice supplied with your contract. This webpage does not replace a legally required cancellation notice.
Deposits, cancellation charges, and any amount due for work or materials are determined by the project agreement and applicable law. A deposit is not automatically nonrefundable simply because it is called a deposit. Any deduction must be authorized and legally permitted; this page does not establish a new cancellation fee.
Certain transactions may carry statutory cancellation rights, including a federal three-business-day cancellation right for qualifying sales made at a customer's home or another covered location. Eligibility and exceptions depend on the transaction. Where such a right applies, the law and the cancellation notice control, including required refunds.
5. Refunds and billing corrections
Contact us about a duplicate or incorrect payment, cancellation, or other refund request, and provide the invoice or payment reference if available. We will review the agreement, work performed, authorized commitments, payment records, and applicable law to determine the amount due or refundable.
Refund eligibility and amounts are project-specific. Where a refund is due, it will be handled in accordance with the agreement and applicable legal deadlines. We generally use the original payment method when available and appropriate; the payment provider or bank may need additional processing time. That processing time does not alter a legal obligation.
Please contact us so we can investigate a billing problem. Doing so does not waive or postpone your card issuer's dispute deadlines or other rights. An undisputed amount properly due under the agreement remains payable according to its terms.
6. Questions about your agreement
Need a copy of your project terms or clarification about coverage? Contact our team. Your accepted project agreement and applicable law determine the specific rights and responsibilities; later changes to this website do not reduce an existing warranty or change an existing refund entitlement.
