We use customer information to communicate, estimate and complete projects, process payments, and operate our business. We do not sell customer contact information or share it with unrelated companies for their own marketing.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Two Brothers Painting handles personal information through tbpainting.co and related estimate requests, appointments, messages, invoice payments, and customer relationships. It also covers information submitted through service-provider forms and chat features embedded on this site on our behalf.
This policy describes our practices; it is not a request for blanket consent to marketing or to every type of tracking. Specific choices or permissions are addressed where applicable.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number, email, and property or billing address when provided.
- Project details: requested services, property information, approximate size, appointment details, photographs you provide, and other information needed to assess or complete work.
- Communications: inquiries, chat messages, emails, text-message exchanges, preferences, and related customer-service records.
- Transaction records: estimates, agreements, invoices, payment amounts and status, and related records. Card details entered into the payment tool are handled by the payment processor; our website does not directly store full payment-card numbers.
- Website and device information: IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, and interactions collected through hosting logs, embedded features, cookies, or similar technologies.
Some information comes directly from you; some is generated when you use our site or returned by providers supporting your request. Please do not send payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary contact forms, chat, or email.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; prepare estimates; arrange appointments and services; manage projects and customer support; process and reconcile payments; maintain business records; protect against fraud or misuse; and meet legal obligations.
We also use website information to understand site performance and interactions. Where applicable consent requirements are satisfied, we may send our own service updates or promotional messages. Marketing choices are described below.
4. Service providers and other disclosures
We share information as needed with providers helping us operate the business, such as website hosting and maintenance providers, customer-management and messaging services, scheduling and form services, payment processors, and website-measurement providers. Our site uses HighLevel/LeadConnector features for forms, scheduling, customer communications, chat, and reviews, and Stripe for payment processing.
We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers, insurers, or authorities when reasonably needed to handle claims, comply with law or valid legal process, prevent fraud, or protect rights and safety. Relevant records may also be transferred in a legitimate business reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
We do not sell customer contact information or share it with unrelated companies for their own marketing. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in information are not provided to third parties for their own marketing; providers may process that information to deliver and support our communications. This does not mean that embedded tools or analytics receive no technical information: those practices are described in the next section.
5. Cookies, analytics, and embedded tools
The site uses Google tags, including Google measurement and Tag Manager tools. These and embedded providers may receive technical information when their features load, and may use cookies or similar identifiers. Depending on the features and permissions in use, Google tools can measure website activity and advertising performance. A visit to a page with an embedded form, review, chat, or payment feature may connect your browser to that provider before you submit information.
You can block or remove cookies through your browser settings. Restrictions may affect forms, scheduling, chat, or payment features. Browser controls do not necessarily prevent every type of technical data collection. Provider settings may offer additional choices.
See Google's Privacy Policy and Stripe's Privacy Policy for their own processing practices. HighLevel/LeadConnector processes customer information on our behalf for the business tools described here. External social-media, map, and review links are governed by the providers' policies when you visit them.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion, email info@tbpainting.co with the subject "Privacy request," or call (720) 821-1450. Tell us enough to identify your relationship with us and what you are requesting; do not send sensitive identity documents unless we discuss an appropriate verification method.
Depending on applicable law and its coverage, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising or legally defined sales. An authorized agent may contact us where allowed. We may need to verify identity or authority and may retain information where the law permits or requires it. Where an appeal right applies, reply to our decision or contact the same address with the subject "Privacy appeal." These requests are handled under the requirements and exceptions of applicable law.
For marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link or contact us. For text messages, reply STOP or contact us; for assistance, contact us by phone or email. Message frequency varies and message or data rates may apply. Marketing consent is not required to purchase services. Necessary project or billing communications may continue through an appropriate channel.
7. Retention and security
Retention depends on the information and its purpose, including ongoing projects, accounting and tax records, warranty or dispute needs, legal obligations, and security. We retain information for those needs rather than promising a single deletion date for every record.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us if you believe information submitted to us has been compromised.
8. Children and service locations
Our website and services are intended for adults arranging property services, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.
We operate in Colorado. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate, subject to their applicable obligations.
9. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our practices or requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide any additional notice or consent required by law for material changes. A policy update does not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
